Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Vision Source Owasso the leading provider of vision care products and services in Owasso.

Dr. Michael Gaydos, O.D.

We would like to welcome Dr. Michael Gaydos as the new owner of Vision Source Owasso!

Dr. Gaydos is originally from Skiatook, where he graduated as valedictorian. In 2008, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northeastern State University. He continued his education at Northeastern State University College of Optometry and graduated with his Doctorate of Optometry in 2012 with Summa Cum Laude honors. He was also recognized as being one of the top clinicians in his graduating class.

Dr. Gaydos is a Captain in the United States Air Force. He served as an active duty optometrist for two years at Sheppard Air Force Base prior to transitioning to the Air Force Reserves. He received an Air Force Commendation Medal for the work he accomplished during his active duty service.

Dr. Gaydos is married to Kala Gaydos, who practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Tulsa area. He has one daughter, Tinley, and another girl on the way. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, being outdoors, playing golf, and watching football.

Dr. Gaydos is very excited to provide quality eye care to Owasso and the surrounding communities.


Dr. Judson Chevalier, O.D.

Dr. Judson Chevalier joined the Vision Source Owasso team in 2019! He completed his undergraduate studies in San Angelo, TX at Angelo State University in 2014. He then attended optometry school at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry. Graduating first in his class, he was recognized as both the top academic and clinical student among the class of 2018. He then went on to pursue an additional year of residency training in ocular disease and refractive surgery in Tulsa at Triad Eye Institute. Dr. Chevalier specializes in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, ocular  disease, and pediatric eye care.

Dr. Chevalier’s wife, Caitlin Chevalier, is also an optometrist working in the Cherokee Nation health centers. The two met during their first few days of optometry school and have been married several years now. They welcomed their first child, Briar, in October of 2018. Dr. Chevalier enjoys spending time outdoors, going on mission trips, and chasing his little girl around!

Dr. Chevalier has been a great addition to our team over the past year and is accepting new patients!


Meet Deann!

Deann was born and raised in Texas. She has lived in Owasso for the past 10 years. Deann is the mother to three teenaged boys. In her spare time, she likes to refinish furniture and spend time with her family and dog.


Meet Eva!

Eva is Oklahoma born and raised. Eva is a mother of two. She loves spending time with her husband and kids. Her hobbies include crafting and reading. A little fact about Eva is that she always has a Dr. Pepper in hand.
