Dr. Michael Gaydos

Dr. Gaydos is the owner of Vision Source Owasso. He purchased the practice in 2014. He is a Northeast Oklahoma native and graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and was recognized as a top clinician in his graduating class.

Dr. Gaydos began his career as a military optometrist. He served as an active duty optometrist for two years at Sheppard Air Force Base prior to transitioning to the Air Force Reserves. He received an Air Force Commendation Medal for the work he accomplished during his active duty service. He is a Major in the Air Force Reserves and currently serves as the Optometry Flight Commander at Tinker Air Force Base.

Dr. Gaydos is married to Kala Gaydos, who practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner here in Owasso. They have 3 children, Tinley, Taylor and Travis. In his spare time, he enjoys being on the lake and working out.
